Kramer Electronics has announced that as of September 1, 2017, Kramer’s Brazilian office will be re-established as an independent company under the name Lecran.

“As a global enterprise with more than 25 offices around the world, it is crucial to understand each country’s local needs," said Samuel Bonomo, VP Sales at Kramer. "We decided to transition operations from Kramer Brazil to Lecran to better serve the Brazilian market and as part of a larger strategic shift,” he added.

Lecran will be led by Marcel Briant who will transition from his current position as country manager of Kramer Brazil to CEO and founder of Lecran. Current Kramer Brazil employees will also transition to the new company and maintain business continuity with existing Kramer customers.

“The team and I are excited to begin our new adventure as Kramer’s exclusive distributor in Brazil," said Marcel Briant, future CEO & Founder of Lecran. "This transition will enable us to better address our customers’ needs – from sales activities and local inventory management to technical support,” he added.
